Here we go again.
Why Not Theater proudly present “Desdemona” A play about a Handkerchief. This time we play at Bådteatret i Nyhavn. This is a funny comedy about the lady’s from Shakespeare’s Othello. The last time i helped Why Not Theater with sound, light photo and more was when we did “Vita and Virginia” at Café Teatret.
Again i will be helping out with running the light, sound and Video. Of cause it’s not the same as being on stage, as i prefer and long for but it beats not doing anything theater related at all. Well do buy a ticket and come and say hello.

The grocery store that i do my usually shopping in, has been undergoing a little makeover and been closed for about 3 weeks. March the 1′st it opened up again for the public with a series of good offers, One of these offers was a a huge filet for about 35 kr. pr. pound. I of cause I bought 4 pounds of filet. The idea was to cut it up in three pieces, so i then will have meat enough to last 3 big dinners. The roast had a “last sales date” 23 of March. So i bought it and put it straight in the refrigerator.
Last week, The Charlotte and I decided to cut it up, and eat two nice fat, big juice steaks. BUT, when we opened the pack we could with ease smell that something was wrong. But we discarded the thought, and said that it might be because of the packing, and we did not think that much of it. We started to make all the little side-dishes. And fried the steaks at the very end.
Okay, so the table is set, and the food is cooked. We sit down. Slice the bite, stuff it in the face, and quickly and swiftly with a quick glance at each other, spit it out just as fast! the the beef tasted like i imagine rotting flesh would taste like. Yuk! Out the trash with the piece of crap. Lucky for us, the shop closes at 22.00 so i quickly ran down with the remaining meat to change it for something a bit more fresh. Still gagging on the taste of the bite before. The worker down at the shop, did not smell my bag of crap meat, but he did look at the meat he had in the fridge, and say “I think your right, the color does not look right to me either” So i had to get some other kind of meat, and I had to settle with that. I did had The Charlotte waiting and the other food waiting for me.
We fried the new meat, and enjoyed out meal… but i did have that taste in my mouth the entire evening… in fact, I had that taste the entire next two days as well.. Lucky for me it’s gone now, but yuk…….
The day after in the evening, i went down in the shop again… the meat that “looked wrong” was still there in the refrigerators……. Once again, i mentioned it to the people down there….
Already at the start of the year I signed up for a Subscription at the Torment factory also called “Fitness World” If you finally decide in indulde yourself in a little bit of toture, this is a really nice place. Terror centers all over Copenhagen, one close to The Charlotte, and one close work, and one close to where I dwell.
Everybody good use a bit more healthy exercise, but i really really really really really don’t want to! I think it shit ass boring. I can only do it in the stupid times because of work and sleep, and I do not think it’s fun at all. I do try to to go there at least two times a week as a minimum, but it’s so hard when you are alone, so at the moment I only go there when having somebody to go with me. Torture is always most fun when there is two people involved!
Time to step it up.
Time has arrived for me to start to think about the stuff I’m doing. Things are only getting have way done, not at all, or i just don’t have the time/energy to finish. What to do? Well either drop some, and here we are talking about total abandonment, just letting go and cut loose. Or pulling together and stepping up to the plate!
I choose 2 option!
Nothing i really do, if theater, blogging (for my mom), work or PanCakeBeaver is something i really want to let go! No on the other hand i need more. It’s my fuel.
Yesterday i looked at the moon out my window, and snapped a couple of pictures. It was a perfect circle, and I thought to myself. “Feck, if the moon can complete something month after month, then so can I” Time to step up to the plate. More PanCakeBeaver, more Theater, more connections, more getting out and being social. Brand myself, Say no’s and a lot of say yes’s.

Make the damn hole!:-D
Every cook has their own way to cook. This also include Eggs. How do you cook an egg? Of cause here, I’m mostly talking about a soft boiled breakfast egg.
When i cook the egg, i always no matter what size it is, give it a total of 5 minutes in hot boiling salted water. When the time is up, i but them over cold water so they don’t boil further. BUT the most important thing is to make that damn tiny little hole in the top! When i was living at home on my island Ærø, Mom has this little gadgets, where you you just press the egg down on top of it, and a little needle pops out and makes a little hole.
Why is the little hole so important you ask? Well, if you do not make the hole, the egg will rupture, water will come in and the whites will come out. Making an uneven boiled egg.
I have been looking all over Copenhagen for this little gadgets that can pinch a hole in my egg, but everywhere i went they either did not know what it was or it was sold out…. Sold out… Sould out? What the hell, how can such a thing be sold out? Og well, apparently the grand mother to The Charlotte heard about my search and she gave me one that she had extra in the cupboard. This is so great, not only is it 60/70 retro style, this thing is actually from that period! Woohooo. Of cause the week after my own mother bought me on as well, with out knowing that i already got one. This new one is made out of the classic “modern” white plastic. Absolutely does not got the same feeling as the old one. But now i can at least get my boiled eggs perfect every time!
Saturday, the big 2012. And what are we looking forward for? Better Health?, More business?, better lifestyle? New Bathroom?, More friends?, More nights out?, Money? A new bathroom?, Better Games?, Diablo III?, OL in London?, European Football championship?, New Job?, More Traveling?, Better Food?, World Peace?, A Piece of the World?, Surgery?, A life revelation?
Just a few examples, of what to look for in the new year. you might have them all, you might have none.
I always enjoy the New Years Eve party. I never go out to town, i always stay at the party, where ever i am. Why spoil an evening with friends by going out after midnight? Crowded places, people being to drunk, Things that goes bang! I’m going to a nice private party with two good friends that invited me. The Charlotte, is not coming with me this evening, she has her own plans. People might call me stupid for not joining a party with 10 Stripfittness girls, but prioritizing some friends instead

Sooo many games, soooooo little time.
With Battlefield 3, Gears of War 3 and Skyrim already out, it’s hard to find time to enjoy them as it is. Trying to Balance Work, Professional theater, PanCakeBeaver.com, social life and Girlfriend beside the gaming, is hard enough as it is. Now we have two greats games on the way, one with US release the 20th of December namely; Star Wars: The Old Republic. Second one is of cause Diablo 3. Both great game (hopefully, did try Swtor Beta). These titles are both valid reasons for calling in sick one week at the time 
(of cause I’M not gonna do that)
With new games there is cool opening scenes to sell it. Where both Diablo 3 and Swtor has realeased them,posted here of cause. But to get back to the time issue. I find it harder and harder to find time for everything. Work takes up minimum 8 hours everyday, and the rest takes on my spare time when not sleeping! So you can see that it’s a lot of “hobbies” for the remainder of the time on a day.

Being X-mas and all, all the creative people who make stuff they made them selfs, comes out to play. And markets spring up all over time. Some make drawings and paintings, others make earrings and hats or even fruitbaskets. We visited a friend to day at one of these markets. She made the brand foxlicious. One thing i have come to realize is; that on my work, we do eat a hole lot of cake. We even have a list hanging where we can put in who bought a cake. Not a list that tells you who’s turn it is to buy this friday, but who is ahead in buying. yet another reason to start at the gym again….
Well, a coworker has his birthday today and lucky for us, his girlfriend is studying to be a confectionery.. nom nom nom nom.

Finally i have one of my lesser dreams come through. At the age of 25 (cough cough) i bought my own car. Wooo hooo. Not just a used old crap car but a sparkling brand new car and i love it! I bought the new version of the Kia Picanto 2011. Got the version called Kia Picanto, motion plus, 1.0. And i love it. It drives really good, even though it’s a bit slow around 90km/h it drives like a dream. As my Brother said when he tried it out (he has the older version of the Picanto) It’s drives as it was a Suzuki Swift. And yes it feels a lot bigger and more comfy than normal for such a small car.
What do you need a car for in the big city? Well It’s not like a have not had a car before, i drove the Gadgets mobile (Honda Shuttle) for almost 5 years. It was just not mine, and i was limited in my movement. And ever sense i got back from Norway i have missed having a car. Feel much more free to move around than going with public transport (i don’t own a bike, hate biking)
I managed to save up for the 20% payout so did not need to make an extra loan for that, so it’s affordable to keep. Bought it in a nice Mocca color. And she is called “Mulatten” happy happy me
The last 4 or 5 sundays, TV2 Zulu have been showing entire sessons of X-files, so people like me got the chance of reliving our 90′s thrills, together with Fox Mulder and Scully. Still fidling with the Quick posting functionality on my iPhone. Last post apparently got posted 3 times. Hopefully this only goes out once.
